Well it HAS been a while.
But guess what? Tonight is the kids very first night in their bedrooms upstairs.
NO, it's NOT finished; but the carpet was laid this morning by some super dooper fellows.
Four of them. They took three hours. They were cheerful and friendly.
They were in fact the only tradies that requested a coffee.
White with two if you're wondering.
Kids are on their mattresses on the snuggly carpet. We have been uninspired by bed shopping thus far.
I promise I will be getting back into the spirit of craft very soon. I noticed D just shuffling down the hallway with my sewing machine...going to it's new home in the front "doing things busy room"
