Well, after a gorgeous weekend with friends down at Rye, I have spent the yucky, blowy, freezing day helping out my uber-organised friend Nic. She entrusted $1,100 worth of fabric to me to cut into cushion-size pieces (ready to sew). Again, she is snazzing up some marquees for the Melbourne Cup. You may remember the LAMPSHADE project from last year! I certainly do.

She's letting me keep the offcuts. There's got to be a carrot in it somewhere.
