For once I actually followed a recipe ALL THE WAY THROUGH! I picked up a copy of last months Delicious Magazine from the lunchroom at work.
The recipe that spoke to me was a margarita pizza..and it said "make me, you won't regret it...no don't take shortcuts, make the dough, you know you want to!"
It's true! We made it all and it was just like those smarmy parenting books. We were in the moment together, kneading the dough, smiling, bonding, getting down 'n dirty. Then we had to wait for the "proving" so the squids got on the computer and left me in peace to de-clagify the kitchen.
Well, we made a couple of different toppings, but this is by far the most photogenic. Just like in the mag. Yum!
