I know, that sounds rather dramatic doesn't it?
I'm in the grip of the dreaded lurgy and the lesson I'm taking from this experience is....I was a complete COW to my long-suffering husband when he had this flu, I'm sorry, so sorry now. Thank you for being patient and kind to me.
On a brighter note, (cough cough...tissue...moan) I have to say a massive thank you to Pip at Meet Me At Mikes and all the other lovely and crafty girls for a fab stitching night. The fact that a group of like-minded individuals are around out there and can be brought together is so heart-warming.
I had a great time, it was super to meet everyone, though I didn't quite make it all the way round the table..maybe next time.
I love my pear pin-cushion and Pepper has her eye on the cupcake kit. When I drag my sorry self out of this fog I'll finish off my pink elephant, making sure to try a bit of seed stitch along the way.

Hi there, if you dont mind me asking, where abouts did you get the elephant, its so cute and I would love to stitch one myself, many years ago my mum used to do them, but she pass away when I was 16, when I seen yours memories came flooding back.
